Our Policies

Expectations of Students

Everything we do should be in training ourselves for God’s glory. In view of that, we ask students to:

  • Bring a teachable spirit and respectful attitude towards other students and those in authority.
  • Be on time for co-op with all materials needed
  • Choose clothing that is above reproach--appropriate, modest, and neat. We honor God everywhere we go. Please dress in a manner that is appropriate for our church setting.
  • Leave anything that will distract from learning at home. This may include: electronics, pocket knives, or other toys.

Expectations of Parents:

  • There will be a sign-up for set-up, clean-up and lunch supervision. All families will be sharing in these responsibilities.
  • Strive to reinforce the tutor‘s expectations of classroom behavior.
  • Take phone calls outside where they will not distract from learning.

Fees:

A nonrefundable registration fee of $75 per family will cover general co-op expenses, a background check, and a donation for use of church facilities. Tutors and assistants will be paid positions. There will be a charge per class per student collected at the beginning of each semester. No refunds will be given for dropped classes during the semester. Most classes will have a materials fee, for example: a math textbook, literature paperbacks, or copy charges.
